How to Request a Unique Key:
Click the button “Sing Up”
Complete the Form:
Fill in all the required fields.
For the Type of Request, select “First Time User”
For the Which learning center will you use, select “Behavioral Health”
For the Job Title, select “Community Provider”
Submit the Form: Select the “Submit” button.
Receive Your Key: Your Unique Key will be confirmed and emailed to you within five business days.
TrainLink Trainings (3 courses) – If you have Unique Key
1. EIDBI 101 – Overview of the Benefits
In TrainLink – DSD Learning Center, Click the Sing In after follow these steps:
1. Select course catalog.
2. In the search by class name field, search for course code “EIDBI101_P.”
3. Select the course.
4. Select course content.
5. Enter unique key and select OK.
6. Select start course.

In TrainLink – DSD Learning Center, Click the Sing In after follow these steps:
1. Select course catalog.
2. In the search by class name field, search for course code “ASDCULTURE.”
3. Select the course.
4. Select course content.
5. Enter unique key and select OK.
6. Select start course.
2. CMDE and ITP Overview Training
In TrainLink – DSD Learning Center, Click the Sing In after follow these steps:
1. Select course catalog.
2. In the search by class name field, search for course code “ASDCMDEITP.”
3. Select the course.
4. Select course content.
5. Enter unique key and select OK.
6. Select start course.
After completing the required trainings above, email your certificate to Zam.cc@zamcaring.com
